Douglas Rogers, owner of Doug's Cycle Barn, was born and raised on mini bikes & dirt bike tracks in Tiverton, Rhode Island. Even as a young teenager, Doug knew he would be involved in motorcycles for the rest of his life when he first laid eyes on his cousin's new Briggs & Stratton red mini bike. From that day forward, at 12 years old, he was hooked.

Doug's favorite hobby was taking things apart to see how they worked. In the coming years, Doug developed a love for classic British motorcycles and started acquiring the many skills necessary to service and repair these vintage British motorcycles.

Today, over three decades later, Doug is an accomplished auto body technican, mechanic, licensed auto & motorcycle appraiser, collector, and restorer of classic vintage motorcycles. Now located in Swansea, Massachusetts, Doug brings his years of classic motorcycle knowledge and wisdom to Doug's Cycle Barn, one of southern New England's most experienced and trusted classic motorcycle shops.
